Illinois State police were involved in a pursuit of a vehicle connected to a robbery overnight that started in Englewood and ended in the Austin neighborhood where the occupants were taken into custody. Shortly before 3 a.m., three Illinois State police units located a vehicle possibly involved in a robbery in Chicago, according to preliminary information from state police. A traffic stop was attempted near the northbound Dan Ryan Expressway at 63rd Street, but the vehicle refused to stop, police said.
