A man in his 90s has died following a crash involving a truck and a cyclist in Maigh Cuilinn, Co Galway. The crash occurred shortly after midday on the N59 at Clydagh. The man, who was the cyclist, was brought by ambulance to University Hospital Galway but was pronounced dead a short time later. The road remains closed for a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and diversions are in place.
