A car has crashed into a house south-west of Brisbane, leaving the driver trapped with life-threatening injuries.
The vehicle hit the side of the home on Warrill View-Peak Crossing Road in Peak Crossing, Scenic Rim just before 1pm.
A male in his late teens was trapped in the wreckage and had to be cut out by the Queensland Fire Department.
He was treated for life-threatening injuries at the scene before being airlifted to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
The car has since been removed from the property.
Emergency services remain on the scene.
“Investigations are ongoing,” police said.
“Anyone with information or relevant CCTV or dashcam vision is urged to [come forward].”
