Cian Ducrot is sure to be on cloud nine after celebrating two exciting career announcements in the same day.
The Cork man, who has risen to fame over the past couple of years, has been teasing the release of his new single Who’s Making You Feel It and the wait is finally over.
Cian’s new track dropped on Friday alongside a new music video, which he says is his ‘favourite music video I’ve ever made’.
Who’s Making You Feel It has something a bit Elton John about it and fans are going wild over Cian’s new track.
One of the singer’s YouTube subscribers gushed: ‘Okay…he writes songs, sings, plays the piano, the guitar, the drums, the flute and now great dance moves! What next young Irish lad?,’ as another excitedly said: ‘Another brilliant release by Cian. Just have to love his music and voice.’
Sharing a gas anecdote about his new track, Cian admitted Who’s Making You Feel It got Ed Sheeran’s stamp of approval.
He told his followers: ‘A few months ago I played this song to Ed Sheeran over some delicious curry. He demanded I put it out next so here we are. (He also demanded I change the name but I think one demand was enough lol sorry Ed x)’
The release of Who’s Making You Feel It wasn’t the only thing Cian was celebrating on Friday… as it was also announced that the Cork singer will support Teddy Swims for the Irish leg of his tour.
Yes, Cian will be taking to the stage of Dublin’s 3Arena on March 12 and 13 to play to Teddy Swims’ sold-out shows. How incredible!
The only other piece of exciting news we’re now waiting on is for Cian to pop the question to his girlfriend Sofia Jane, after all fans are convinced a proposal is imminent…
