Harry Sideris Takes the Helm:

  • Effective April 1, Harry Sideris assumes the role of President, overseeing electric and gas utilities, customer service, and operations.
  • Sideris, a Duke Energy veteran with 28 years of experience, brings extensive leadership across various company functions.
  • Lynn Good, Chair and CEO, praised Sideris’s qualifications: “His experience equips him to lead during this crucial transformation as we strive to deliver affordable, reliable, and increasingly clean energy.”

Executive Departures and Transitions:

  • Steve Young, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, is retiring on June 30th.
  • Young will serve as a senior advisor until his official retirement.
  • The company acknowledged Young’s 40-year career with Duke Energy, highlighting his contributions as CFO and his role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.

Additional Leadership Appointments:
