Ring a bell, get a free mimosa.

It’s all part of the brand new brunch experience starting this Saturday, Feb. 15, at the recently-opened Zentrl Kitchen inside The Lot at City Center Bishop Ranch.

This Saturday’s free mimosa event is being called Galentine’s Day, but starting the following weekend, all customers getting brunch on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. will get a complimentary mimosa upon arrival.

Located in the space formerly known as The Lot Restaurant at the movie theatre, Zentrl has just completed a rebranding that includes new decor, a photo booth, live music, new fire pits for the outdoor patio and a brand new menu.

Asian, American and Mexican dishes are now the featured foods, with an entire sushi section with nine different rolls to choose from ($17 to $24).

A rotating menu will include new dishes and recipes each season, with soups, salads, flatbreads and signature entrees like the sweet and sour pad thai noodles ($31), the Korean BBQ hanger steak ($38) and the Zentrl Burger ($23).

“Social Hour” will offer special deals on food and drinks from 3 to 6 p.m. on weekdays, and “Wine-Down” Mondays and Tuesdays will present three different choices of wine for $8 to $10 per glass.

On the weekends, start brunch with a free mimosa and then choose from selections like the creme brulee french toast stuffed with blueberry cream cheese ($19), huevos rancheros ($17) and the vegetable frittata ($18). Brunch will be served until 2 p.m.

Movie-goers will continue to have the option of getting food delivered to their seats, though not every menu item will be available in the theater.

Details: Open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Fridays until 10:30 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd. in San Ramon; zentrlkitchen.com.
