Check in on your Beyoncé-loving friends — the BeyHive is bracing for one of the most highly anticipated concert tours of the year. Fresh off her two Grammy wins at the 2025 awards, Beyoncé has officially announced the Cowboy Carter Tour, set to run from April to July across multiple U.S. and European cities.
With demand expected to be sky-high, securing tickets will be no easy feat. Tickets go on sale to the general public on February 14, but there will be multiple presale opportunities to give fans a head start, including one exclusively for Citi cardholders. Here’s how you can take advantage of it.

How to access the Cowboy Carter Tour presale with a Citi card
Being a Citi cardholder is about to pay off for those who want to see the “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer live — your card gives you access to an exclusive presale window. To qualify, you must have either a Citi debit card with a Mastercard logo or a Citi credit card with a Mastercard or Visa logo. Unfortunately, Citi corporate cards do not qualify.
The Citi Entertainment® presale kicks off on Wednesday, February 12 at 12 p.m. local time and runs until Thursday, February 13 at 11 a.m. local time, giving you just under 24 hours to secure tickets. No advance registration is required.
Once the presale goes live:
- Visit citientertainment.com and navigate to the “Cowboy Carter” tour page.
- You’ll be taken to a Ticketmaster page, where you’ll complete your purchase.
- Enter your passcode to unlock ticket access. This is simply the first six digits of your Citi credit or debit card.
- Complete your purchase using your Citi card.
Pro tip: Save your Citi card to your Ticketmaster account ahead of time for a faster checkout experience.
It’s not too late to open a Citi card
If you don’t have a Citi card yet, you may still be able to apply in time. Some Citi cards, like the Citi Custom Cash® Card, offer instant access to your credit card number if Citi can verify your identity. This means you could receive your credit card details immediately and use it for the presale — even if your physical card hasn’t arrived yet. Just be sure to write down your new card number, as you won’t see it again until the card arrives in the mail.

Beyond concert presales, Citi cardholders can also access exclusive events and experiences through the Citi Entertainment portal, including tickets to major sports, music, arts, and cultural events. Simply log in and search for events by ZIP code, city, date, or artist name.
How to get Cowboy Carter tickets without a Citi card
The Citi presale is just one of three presale opportunities for Cowboy Carter tickets. If you don’t have a Citi card, there are still ways to get early access.
According to Beyoncé’s website, the first presale round starts on February 11 and is exclusively for subscribers of Beyonce.com. The catch is that you must have subscribed before February 3 to qualify.
If you missed the subscriber deadline, you can still sign up for access to a third round of presale tickets known as the Artist Presale. The Artist Presale allows you to register for early access to tickets for up to three tour dates. Registration is required, and you must sign up through Ticketmaster before February 6 at 8 a.m. The Artist Presale begins on February 13 at noon. There is no code needed to access this presale — you will receive an email reminder with the presale link the day before it begins.
If all else fails, general ticket sales will open to the public on February 14.
