‘I don’t need to apologise for 40,000 homes letter,’ says former housing minister Darragh O’Brien

Environment Minister Darragh O’Brien has said he does not need to apologise for the letter he sent to Simon Harris and Micheál Martin that said about 40,000 houses would be built last year.
