Kelly Clarksonhas postponed her August Las Vegas residency dates … just weeks after canceling the opening night of her “Studio Sessions.”
The singer took to social media Wednesday night to break the news … revealing her ex Brandon Blackstock is sick and she needs to take the time to be with their children, River, 10, and Remington, 8.
She told fans she is “sincerely sorry to everyone who bought tickets to the shows” and that she appreciates their “grace, kindness and understanding.”
While she didn’t reveal what Brandon has fallen ill with, she hinted it was a prolonged ailment as she said he’s been sick “this past year.”
TMZ has reached out to the television producer and talent manager’s company for comment … so far, no word back.
You may remember … Kelly shocked fans in early July when she canceled the opening night of “Studio Sessions” less than 2 hours before it was set to begin.
She said rehearsals had “taken a toll” on her voice and wanted to rest so her audience could experience “perfect” shows.
She opened her residency at the Colosseum at Caesars on July 11 — a week after it was supposed to debut.
The “Breakaway” hitmaker originally had performances scheduled until November 15, but LiveNation shows concerts have been rescheduled into July and August 2026.
