‘Last time I wore this was five years ago’ – RTE host Sinead Kennedy dons ‘magnificent’ nostalgic TV outfit live on air

RTE host Sinead Kennedy sported a nostalgic outfit on air this week and fans can’t get enough.

The Cork beauty returned to screens alongside her usual co-host Daithi O Se for another fun-filled episode of their hit show Today.

Sinead, who is renowned for her sense of style, sent fans into a frenzy on Tuesday with one of her glamorous looks.

The mum-of-two donned a beautiful black and white animal print blazer from The Kooples.

Taking to Instagram after the show, the 43-year-old told followers that the statement blazer held quite a sentimental value.

She wrote: “Another re-wear. The last time I wore this was 5 years ago on my first season of Today… where does the time go?”

Sinead looked glamorous wearing the unique jacket five years on, and this time she styled it completely differently.

The TV star teamed it with a pair of black patent leggings and her favourite sock boots from Zara.

Sinead rounded off her glamorous outfit with some stacked gold necklaces and dainty hoop earrings.

She also wore her platinum blonde hair down and perfectly styled in waves.

And fans were quick to share their reaction to the look online as they took to Instagram.

And that’s not the only TV look Sinead has worn with sentimental value.

Last week, Sinead looked sensational as she donned an oversized pinstripe denim-coloured blazer.

She explained to fans in her caption that the blazer once belonged to her mum, before she gifted it to Sinead.

To complete her look, Sinead wore a pair of black leggings under her blazer.

To finish her outfit, Sinead wore a pair of her favourite knee-high black boots that suited her look perfectly.

She captioned her heartfelt fashion post: “This blazer was my mom’s, which she kindly gave to me.

“It formed part of a chic trousers suit but I had a few buttons added to the jacket to enable me to wear it as a dress instead.”
