A City of Miami police officer was involved in a shooting Wednesday night at an apartment complex in west Miami-Dade, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office confirmed to Local 10.
According to MDSO, the officer was part of a multi-agency task force that was conducting a “proactive detail” at 9599 Fontainebleau Blvd.
