Piers Morgan Uncensored
Piers Morgan presided over a stormy encounter on his chat show, before one guest departed abruptly.
Morgan was hosting two boxers – Chris Eubank Jr and Connor Benn – on Piers Morgan Uncensored this week, when the subject of Benn’s previous failed drug tests arose.
Benn was scheduled to fight Eubank Jr back in October 2022, but the bout was aborted after Benn tested positive for clomiphene. He was later cleared by the National Anti-Doping Panel.
The Sun newspaper reports that Eubank Jr, who has never believed the Panel’s verdict, was vociferous, calling Benn “still a cheat.”
He said: “If someone was to have pinned him down and jabbed a syringe into the side of his ass and squeezed it in, if that had happened and I saw it.

“Guess what? He’s still a cheat. He shouldn’t have let it happen.
“It’s his responsibility to protect himself at all times, he didn’t do that. He’s a cheat. End of story.”
When Morgan tried to intervene, Eubank Jr angrily explained, “Don’t ask me again Piers. Don’t ask me again,” before upping and leaving the studio.
Last month, the press conference for the upcoming bout previously descended into a bit of chaos when Eubank Jr produced an egg from his pocket and hit his British rival across the cheek with his left hand – he was later fined £100,000 for this outburst.
The middleweight pair is now scheduled to fight on April 26 at the Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium in London. The match has been billed ‘Fatal Fury,’ named after the upcoming video game from SNK, titled ‘Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves’ as part of a partnership.
Eubank Jr is currently the IBO middleweight champion. The fight will be broadcast in the UK on Sky Sports Box Office, and on DAZN in Ireland, the US and worldwide.
