FORT WORTH, Texas — Three people were taken to a hospital after being caught in the crossfire between two people exchanging gunfire Tuesday at a Fort Worth apartment, police say.
According to police, officers were called about shots fired at about 10:33 a.m. in the 5100 block of North Hampshire Boulevard.
Two men were reportedly arguing outside and exchanged gunfire, police say. During the exchange, three other people in the area were hit by bullets.
All three victims were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening wounds, police say.
Both suspects fled the scene.
