Re: Justin Trudeau set to earn more than $8 million in government pensions and severance, online, May 21
Is there any wonder why those with their own businesses get so upset at the Cadillac pensions and other costly perks raked in by federal MPs? To reward one of the most destructive and divisive prime ministers ever with $8 million more to add to his millions in wealth is like rubbing salt in the wounds of those who must set up their own pension funds.
To make matters worse, while many Canadians were struggling to feed their families, Justin Trudeau was globe trotting for photo-ops and handing out billions in foreign aid, plus pouring $200 billion down the climate change rathole.
What an egregious insult to all hard-working Canadians to see someone so unjustly financially rewarded after the decade of serious economic harm he did to this once-great country.

SEND IN THE CLOWNS
Liberal logic: We are a sovereign country because the sovereign from another country pronounced our political agenda? That’s loud laughter coming from the White House.
Like the song says, Send in the Clowns because the show isn’t going well.
Captain Carney cannot find a permanent chief of staff, cannot stop mixing religion with politics and could not find a Canadian to read his speech from the thunderbox.
It’s called “bread and circuses,” a term attributed to old Roman poet Juvenal, meaning to generate public approval not by government excellence, but by distracting the peons (that’s us) through offerings of food and entertainment.
We all know that food thing is not working, so let’s call on Chuck and the missus for a show on the Hill.

HERE’S WHAT’S APPALLING
I noticed Mark Carney, Anita Anand and Mélanie Joly called the killing of two Israeli Embassy staffers in Washington “appalling.” What I find appalling is their absolute silence when Palestinian “protesters” (many I would simply call “thugs”) continuously and blatantly call for death to Canada or death to Israel, among many other hateful and threatening vitriol.
It’s no wonder Hamas keeps thanking the Liberal government for its support. The Liberal hypocrisy never ends.
