Dublin Airport’s ‘brutalist’ parking ramps should be retained, says former OPW architect

Plans to demolish spiral parking ramps at Dublin Airport’s Terminal 1 that are said to represent a “rare” example of brutalist architecture in Ireland, would “further significantly undermine” the cultural heritage of 20th century aviation, according to the president of the Irish arm of the International Council on Monuments and Sites.
