Firefighters remain at the scene of a large blaze at an industrial premises in Newry.
Around 56 firefighters were tasked to the premises at Cloughanramer Road in the early hours of Friday.
The blaze was reported at around 2am, and fire appliances were brought in from Newry Fire Station, Warrenpoint, Rathfriland and Banbridge as well as specialist appliances from Belfast and Lisburn.
A spokesperson for the NI Fire and Rescue Service said the operation has since been scaled back, with just two appliances remaining at the site with a high volume pump.
“Local residents are advised to keep windows and doors closed,” they added.
A video of the raging fire was posted to social media by staff at the Tiddly Town children’s play centre, which is located in the area.
“We were up all night as a neighbouring business watched their unit burn to the ground,” a spokesperson said in a post accompanying the video.
“The distress and disbelief was unmeasurable. All of us willing the fire service to save our beloved play town.
“Everyone is absolutely heart broken at the damage and it’s knock on effect.”
A PSNI spokesperson said the Cloghanramer Road remained closed to traffic, with diversions in place.
