FRISCO, Texas — Frisco voters decided on two of the city’s six city council positions this May election.
The only seats up for grabs this May are Place 2 and Place 4.
Place 2, held by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Tammy Meinershagen, saw Meinershagen try to hold onto her seat against two challengers, candidates Burt Thakur and Sai Krishnarajanagar.
Five people ran for the Place 4 seat. Incumbent Mayor Pro Tem Bill Woodard did not seek re-election. The five candidates on the ballot for the seat are Josh Meek, Jared Elad, Jerry Spencer, Gopal Ponangi and Sangita Datta.
