This just in: Penn Badgley and his wife Domino Kirke are expecting two little rays of sunshine in an otherwise dark time.
There’s been a lot of heartache in recent days among the Gossip Girl family following the sad news of Michelle Trachtenberg’s passing at the young age of 39.
However, the cast are now about to welcome not one, but three babies into the family as not only are Penn and Domino expecting twins, but Ed Westwick and his wife Amy Jackson are also expecting a little one!
Penn and Domino, who are already parents to four-year-old James and Domino’s son Cassius from a previous relationship, have announced their twin pregnancy.
Excited mum-to-be Domino shared the news on her social media saying ‘Babies #3 and #4 coming this Summer! Talk about a PLOT TWIST! Spontaneous twins are beyond magical. We are stunned. We are in awe. Can’t think of anyone else I’d rather be on this ride with @pennbadgley.’
Penn and son James were pictured kissing her growing bump, while Domino also posted a photo of a red love heart cake with the caption ‘marry me over & over’.
No doubt Penn is thrilled with the news, especially as he spoke so lovingly about becoming a dad to James during the pandemic.

Speaking to Jess Cagle in 2021, he described his son as a ‘blessing’. ‘He’s very happy, he’s very, very joyful, and we had the opportunity to be with him in a way that we wouldn’t have,’ he said.
‘So that is a strange blessing in it all. I am having such a joyful experience as a father … Even being a father in a pandemic has still been a joy somehow.’
