A man without a fixed address is wanted for a mishmash of alleged criminal activity across the city including ramming a trio of police vehicles.

A Toronto Police news release issued Wednesday night details various alleged crimes including incidents spanning from last fall through to this week.
The suspect is sought for 27 offences in all.
Police alleged that on Wednesday, Oct. 23 around 3 a.m., the accused went to a business in the Dundas St. W.-Parkway Ave. area and used a tool to pick the lock of a business, gained entry, filled a garbage bag full of merchandise and fled.
It’s further alleged that on Wednesday, Jan. 29 around 11 a.m., the accused went to a motel in the Kingston and Galloway Rds. area of Scarborough where he approached a parked vehicle with three occupants inside, pulled out a weapon and assaulted two of the occupants before fleeing.
Cops alleged that on Feb. 17 around 4:20 a.m. the suspect went to a residence in the Yonge St.-Hwy. 401 area where he approached a parked vehicle and gained entry, then stole the vehicle owner’s wallet and credit cards.

On Sunday, March 2 around 2:20 a.m., police alleged that the suspect went to a residence in the Yonge St.-Malborough Ave. area, approached and broke into a parked vehicle and stole personal items belonging to the registered owner.
Additionally, police alleged that on Tuesday, March 25 officers saw the suspect parked in a parking lot in the Huntley and Isabella Sts. Area. Officers tried to approach the suspect for “further investigation” when he allegedly rammed three police vehicles and fled the scene in a white Nissan Sentra.
There were no reported injuries.

Carl Chateauvert is wanted for two counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of assault cause bodily harm, two counts of carry concealed weapon, nine counts of fail to comply release order, theft under $5,000, mischief not exceeding $5,000, possess of credit card obtained by crime, four counts of use credit card obtained by crime, fraud under $5,000, theft of a credit card, break and enter commit, dangerous operation of motor vehicle, and flight from police.
He is six feet, about 200 pounds, with a receding hairline from the front forehead area. He was last seen wearing all dark clothing, with a black puffer-style winter jacket and dark satchel worn in the centre area of his body. He also has a tattoo on his left arm.
Police are urging the public to not approach Chateauvert if located and contact police immediately.
