A motorcyclist has died after a road crash in Co Dublin.
Emergency services attended the scene of the collision between a car and a motorcycle on the Sallyglen Road, Glenegeary, on Friday night.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was killed.
A Garda spokesperson said the man’s body was taken to the mortuary at St Columcille’s Hospital, Loughlinstown, where a post-mortem examination will take place.
The driver of the vehicle, a man in his 60s, was uninjured.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them.
Last night two men died and two others were seriously injured after the car they were travelling in crashed into the wall of a house in Co Donegal.
