- 288 4th Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $33,978 – $181,740
- 27-51 Jackson Avenue Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $117,360 – $218,010
- Loden, Brooklyn, for households earning between $34,629 – $167,700
- 120 East 144th Street Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $65,349 – $134,160
- Shepherd Glenmore, Brooklyn, for households earning between $22,458 – $100,620
