A 32-year-old woman has died after a crash on Highway 401 near Dixie Road in Mississauga, according to paramedics.
The Ontario Provincial Police say the crash happened around 6:10 a.m. The collision involved a vehicle and a pedestrian on the eastbound collectors’ lanes on Highway 401.
Investigators say the 32-year-old woman from Ottawa was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash remains unknown.
