Edmonton police are investigating a suspicious death after finding a dead body on Sunday afternoon outside of a community hall in southeast Edmonton.
Officers responded at 4:18 p.m. to a complaint at a community hall near 94 Avenune and Holyrood Road in southeast Edmonton, EPS said in a Monday news release.
When they arrived, they found a dead body in the parking lot.
Investigators believe the death is suspicious. An autopsy was scheduled for Monday to determine the cause of death.
Police are asking anyone who attended the community hall over the weekend to contact EPS at 780-423-4567. Anonymous information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
