One thing we can be sure of is that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, Qualcomm’s 2025 flagship. The chipset could also power the other variants of the smartphone. In 2024, only the Ultra was powered by the Snapdragon chipset, while the S24 and S24+ featured Samsung’s Exynos SoC.
