Bhutan has paid tributes to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh following his death on December 26, via nationwide prayers at a Buddhist monastery in Thimphu. Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck attended the former prime minister’s funeral today as well.
