A Tornado Watch is in effect for at least a portion of North Texas until 7 a.m. Sunday.
LATEST
The threat for severe weather will continue into Sunday morning. While the tornado threat will lessen as the night goes on, it will not completely go away. The bigger threat will be damaging wind gusts to 60 mph and isolated up to baseball size hail.
WHEN
Saturday night and Sunday morning.

IMPACT
A strong upper-level low-pressure system sends a few rounds of storms to the region, providing the ingredients for widespread showers and storms. Some storms could become strong to severe. The main concern will be up to golf ball size hail and up to 60 mph wind gusts with the strongest storms. Tornadoes will be possible, but the threat will decrease through Sunday morning. Heavy rainfall is also possible, as multiple rounds of rain could lead to localized flooding concerns.
